Since 1997, Claudius has been advising Lufthansa on a great number of group portfolio and culture connectivity issues.
Amongst them are LSG/SkyChefs, WOW Cargo Alliance and Miles&More HONCircle.

CloserLondon also developed the current Group employer brand as well as very recently indroducing important inniatives for top talents like 'Go shape the future' and creating programmes to impact on the 'culture of innovation' to be launched soon.
